To be able to deal with such phenomena, early prediction and continuous monitoring are essential factors for the protection of human health and<br \/>\nthe environment. The aim of this thesis is the accurate and robust forecasting of the occurrence of these phenomena and the use of methods that will provide accurate results for this complex problem, which is affected by a variety of parameters such as weather changes, human activities, is necessary.In addition, this thesis aims to develop effective management strategies to mitigate the effects of pollution and improve water quality.
