Katerina Asdre holds a degree from the Department of Computer Science of the University of Ioannina (1999), a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the Department of Computer Science of the University of Ioannina (2001), a Master’s Degree in Management and Organization of Educational Units from the International Hellenic University (2020) and a Ph.D. Diploma of the Department of Computer Science of the University of Ioannina (2008). Her PhD thesis is entitled “Algorithms and NP-Completeness Results for Coloring and Path Cover Problems on Perfect Graphs”. From 2000 to 2020, she served as a teacher in public Secondary schools, in Post-Secondary Education and as a teacher in adult training/education programs, as well as three years at the Department of Computer Science of the University of Ioannina and one year at the Department of Information and Electronic Engineering of International Hellenic University.

K. Asdre is a Laboratory Associate of the Department of Information and Electronic Engineering of International Hellenic University of Greece where she teaches in the laboratory of the course Structured Programming, Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures and Analysis of Algorithms, Added-Value Internet Services. Her research interests include: Design and Analysis of Algorithms, Graph Theory, Data Structures, Complexity Theory, Graph Databases, Educational Technology. She has published scientific papers in international journals and conferences.
