Dimitrios K. Papakostas received the Degree in Electrical Engineering and the Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering both from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, in 1991 and 1999, respectively. From 2005 he was elected as Associate Professor and from 2011 as Professor of “Analog & Digital Electronic Systems” and now he serves as a Professor in the Department of Information and Electronic Engineering at the International Hellenic University of Greece. He engaged in several educational and research projects for more than twenty years. He is the author or co-author of more than sixty scientific papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He serves as a reviewer for various journals and conferences and has served as session Chairman in IEEE conference. His research interests focus on the analysis, design and fault diagnosis of electronic circuit and systems as well as educational software technologies.
